Refund Policy
$35.00 Return Check Fee
You WILL receive a full refund if the following applies:
-You cancel your lawn rental at least 24 hours in advance.
-Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign display.
-We have a extreme Emergency in our immediate family.
You will NOT receive a refund if the following applies:
-The homeowner stops us from setting up the display.
-The homeowner calls us and asks us to to remove the display
-You give us less than 24 hours notice to cancel you order.
-You have given us the wrong address.
-We cannot set up the display because of a gated community that will not allow us to access.
-The homeowner has a dog loose on the property and it will not let us on the property.
-Or any other reason we cannot set up the display that is beyond our control.
Our normal delivery time is between 8:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M., but you may request a special time for delivery. In most cases, we are able to accommodate your request. NIGHT TIME DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE TO CERTAIN AREAS ONLY. Call for details.
For those "SURPRISE" displays. Please try to let someone in the household know that we will be on the property, please leave a porch light on so it will be easier to spot your house and yard. NOTE: You will be held liable for any sign damage or lawn display disappearance during the scheduled rental time.
